Seems kind of strange that if I order a 10 dollar windbreaker from the FPP store I'm emailed a tracking # and get in 4 days (counting the weekend) Yet I've been waiting on a check since the 23rd which they told me was shipped express mail (an overnight service) and they don't provide any tracking information.

'm still waiting for them to remove an authorization from my account. They were faxed the information 3 days ago and I was told it would be a maximum of 24 hours.
Called support not long ago and was told that there was a big stack of faxes and mine might be in there, but they didn't have time to look. CS rep could not tell me how long this "big ol' stack" of faxes had been piling up. Yes, I heard "Uhhh.....well.....there's a big ole' stack of faxes so..." about 5 times during the call.

Day 4:
Call CSR and finally given a ticket number.
CSR tells me that their faxes are not working at the number given on the webpage and phone recording.

I've been playing poker for money since December 2004. I've played on a wide variety of sites and got started by cashing in a freeroll for $2, built that up to everything I've made to this day (mid 5 digits).

I got a call last weekend from a branch manager at my bank needing an explanation of what these wires were (post 9/11 environment, I guess?). I was honest. Short conversation, I figured all was well.
In the mail today was a letter stating that PokerStars.net/Nederlands effective June 4, I should stop using my checking account. June 8th I would get the balance of my account mailed to me. They are closing my account. I called to find out WTF was going on and talked to a manager who only knew vague details, but said online gambling is against their policies, and my account was being closed for linux poker that reason. She couldn't tell me whether it had always been like this or only since last fall when the legislation passed. She also said I could reopen a new account (!! then what is the point of this one closing), but it would also be closed if I was seen to be doing any online gambling transactions.
